By joining the Ealing Edit Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

About Us

Ealing Edit is a trading name of Aegean Ventures Global Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

Joining the Affiliate Program

You can apply to join the Ealing Edit Affiliate Program through our affiliate portal:

• You must be 18 years or older to participate.
• The Program is open internationally, subject to applicable local laws and available payment methods.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at our discretion.

Affiliate Links

Approved affiliates will receive a unique affiliate link through our affiliate platform. Purchases must be successfully tracked through your affiliate link in order to qualify for commission.

We cannot guarantee commission for purchases that are not successfully tracked, including where cookies are blocked, deleted or otherwise unavailable.

Commission

Affiliates earn a fixed 8% commission on eligible purchases generated through their affiliate links.

Commission is calculated on the eligible order value after discounts and excludes shipping charges, taxes, refunds, cancellations and chargebacks.

No commission is payable on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise invalid transactions.

Self-Referrals

You may not use your own affiliate link to earn commission on your own purchases. Commission resulting from self-referrals or misuse of the Program may be cancelled.

Promoting Ealing Edit

Affiliates may promote Ealing Edit through websites, blogs, social media, email and other appropriate promotional channels.

• You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
• You must not make false or misleading claims about Ealing Edit or our products.
• You must not represent yourself as Ealing Edit, an employee of Ealing Edit or an official representative of the company.
• You must not use spam, fraudulent traffic, misleading advertising or other unlawful or deceptive promotional methods.
• You must respect applicable copyright, trademark, privacy, advertising and marketing laws.

Returns, Refunds and Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled, refunded or charged back, any commission associated with that transaction may be cancelled or deducted from future affiliate earnings.

Payments

Affiliate earnings are managed through our affiliate platform and paid according to the payment methods and payment schedule available through the Program.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes or reporting obligations applicable to their affiliate earnings.

Termination

Either party may end participation in the Affiliate Program at any time. Ealing Edit may suspend or terminate an affiliate account where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the Program has been misused.

Commissions generated through fraudulent, misleading or prohibited activity may be cancelled.

Changes to the Program

We may update the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, payment arrangements and these terms. The current version of these terms will always be available on our website.

Governing Law

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
